Steve Cameron Joins RTI as Marine Director

RTI is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Cameron as Marine Director of RTI Ltd.

Prior to joining RTI, Steve spent ten years running his own consultancy, CMR.  CMR provided market research, business development, and PR consulting to the maritime industry, in addition to due diligence studies and country briefings for the African market.

Earlier, Steve trained at sea and ashore with Cunard before joining the founding team that over 20 years developed a specialist ro-ro/container line between Europe and Africa, where security and risk management systems were key to the company’s success.

Steve joined RTI Ltd in London in January 2011 as Marine Director to help develop the global marine business. He is a Director of the Business Council for Africa and the Africa Centre London. He is an Associate Fellow of the Nautical Institute, a member of the UK Ports and Terminal Group and an associate member of the UK Chamber of Shipping.
