RTI is pleased to announce the unveiling of a new solution for visualizing scenes and accidents from the perspective of a witness or victim. RTI has created a 3D environment where by the user is immersed and able to maneuver through as if they were truly there.  The environment can include tutorial animations, graphics and text information through.  So you may ask; How does this change the playing field?  Is it admissible?  what is the Value?
