Airframe

No device needed! We have a fleet of mission ready UAS's and sensors available for all projects. Pilots in our network must complete training to become flight ready.

Compensation and Flexibility

You are the master of your own destiny.  You have the freedom and flexibility to make as much as you like and to select the projects you find most appealing.

 

 

Full And Part Time

Our pilot network is growing rapidly and we have a lot of openings to fill.  We work with your schedule so you have the freedom to work when you want.

 

 

What You Need

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Have a valid driver's license

• Have a current pilot's certificate

(sport, recreational or private)

• Pass a background check

How does the application process work?

We are constantly adding pilots to our network! Once you apply, one of our team members will review your application and follow up as needed. 

 

Do I need prior UAS experience?

You do not need any previous experience flying drones, however you do need a willingness and desire to learn.

 

Can I work whenever I want?

As a member of the RTI Pilot Network, you will have the ability to select jobs you are qualified for.

 

Do I need to own a drone to be an RTI Pilot?

Nope!  We have access to the latest UAS technology and equipment through our partnerships with manufacturers. Once you are approved, you will go through our UAS Systems Training Program to certify you on the equipment used to execute our projects.

 

Anything else I should know?

To be a RTI pilot you must take pride in delivering an exceptional experience. 

You must be 18 years old and have a valid pilot certification as well as a class three medical. If you are personable, energetic and excited about UAS's, you will make a great addition to our community!
